CONDITIONS FOR BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS IN FU CAFÉ
Conditions of Use of Playground and Terrace Areas
Child Behavior and Safety
● Children must behave appropriately and remain in the designated area of the playground and assigned tables outside at all times.
● It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure that this is followed.
● A moderate noise level must be maintained on the terrace to respect FU Café’s neighbors.
Specific Prohibitions
It is strictly prohibited:
● Running on the terraces
● Picking up stones
● Climbing on the boat or stage on the terrace
● Any other activity that may pose a risk to the safety of children and other guests.
Supervision
Children must be under adult supervision at all times during the birthday celebration.
Catering and External Services Conditions
Food and Beverages
● No food or beverages are allowed to be brought onto the premises with the exception of birthday cake.
● All food and beverages must be provided by FU Café as per the agreed menu.
Outside Services
● Outside services contracted by parents are accepted as long as FU Café
cannot offer the same service.
● FU Café reserves the right to refuse outside services.
Conditions of Reservation, Payment and Minimum Number of Invited Guests
Reservation and Confirmation
● Prior reservation is required to celebrate birthdays at FU Café.
● Confirmation of reservation will be subject to availability and compliance with
these conditions.
Deposit
● A deposit of 50€ is required to confirm the standard reservation.
● This amount will be deducted from the total cost of the event.
Minimum Number of Guests
● The minimum number of guests to celebrate a birthday is 10.
● In case of having less than 10 guests, payment equivalent to 10 guests will be required.
Payment and Ordering
● Customers must pay after the celebration at FU Café for everything ordered before and everything consumed extra.
● No reduction in the minimum order quantity is allowed for an exclusive birthday party.
Exclusive Birthday Reservation Conditions
Exclusive Party
● To book the exclusive party an extra deposit is required (total deposit = 100€).
● The exclusive party requires a minimum spend of 300€ in total (including the deposit).
● At the end of the reservation, an email will be sent to complete the form with all the details of the party (menus for children, adults, and other extras).
Maximum Capacity and Access
● For events that do not opt for an exclusive reservation, there is the possibility of sharing the space with another birthday party at the same time.
● In all cases, the total capacity limit of 35 children will be respected.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, FU Café must be notified at least 15 days in advance for the refund of the deposit. Cancellations can be made via email to [email protected], indicating the email and name of the person who made the online payment. We will proceed with the refund using the same payment method, but please note that in case of card payment, it may take a couple of days until it appears in your account.
Changes in the Reserve
● Changes to the reservation can be made using the link sent by email after the booking confirmation. These changes can be made up to 7 days before the date of the birthday.
● For birthdays with exclusivity, the minimum consumption of 300€ must be respected, regardless of the changes made.
The reservation is fixed 7 days before the event. From that moment on, all details of the reservation (number of guests, selected menus, etc.) must be respected and paid for at the end of the birthday, regardless of any changes that may occur afterwards. This includes payment for the number of guests booked, even if they do not attend.
